All Orders are processed within 10-15 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The shipping cost will be varied according to the weight of the product. The shipping carrier we may use is FedEx, USPS, UPS or DHL.

A. For USA orders:

All USA orders will be shipped FedEx/USPS.

Please allow 8-10 business days for delivery within USA depending on your location.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses: Hometal.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

B. For other countries:

It takes about 10-15 business days for you to receive the item.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

3. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties and Taxes

Hometal.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

5. Damages
